Booking of the Function Centre generally starts at $450 plus gst which includes set up, room hire and cleaning. This payment must be made to secure the booking. Additional fees may apply for weekends, public holidays and substantial set ups.

The Board Room can be booked for $300 plus gst per day.

A security deposit of $1,000 may be applied.

Our team will liaise with the client and caterers to design a perfect menu for your event. We also have partnerships with a number of local Leederville businesses who can provide fantastic catering options.

As a price guide business lunches start at $20 per person with 3 Course Meal Packages starting from $79 per person.

An Audio Visual fee of $160 plus gst covers the use of Function Centre Projector, Televisions and Microphones. Onboarding is provided before the event.

If you are looking for some intimate entertainment, we can help secure quality acoustic artists for $1,000 plus gst for 2 hours.

If you are planning to kick on to a dance style party, we can arrange a dance floor ($300 plus gst) and a DJ ($500+ gst for 2 hours) to get the party started.

Linen such as Table Cloths can be added at a cost of $15 plus gst per unit.

We have access to a range of MC’s who can host your event. Prices begin at $500 per event. Other considerations may include Quiz Master, Welcome To Country or Auctioneer - all of which we can provide assistance.
